From an early age, John Bidding fostered a love for music. He began with grade school choruses and musicals and worked his way into playing piano and drums. In the 1970's he sang with Duke Ellington and his band for four performances. Early influences included the Beatles, Maynard Furgueson, and jazz percussionist Buddy Rich. Today, John continues to have a broad range of interests from jazz to rock and from alternative to country. He has played in many local bands throughout the years.
